This test is designed to identify students' reading strengths and weakness, EM Comprehensive Reading Assessment Test will provide teachers and parents with detailed reports indicating skill mastery that prescrive areas for practice and instruction.
The EM Compreshensive Reading Test program provides detailed reports in 20 to 30 minutes per student. Kindergarten readiness (including phonological awareness), phonics and decoding skills, sight words, reading comprehension, rate, and fluency, are tested with miscue analysis and determination of Independent, Instructional, and Frustration Reading levels.
Individual students reports identify specific instructional needs and prescribe practice activities. Group reports show average performance improvement for any class or instructional group. School reports show average performance and improvment for each grade level. Reports indicate specific skill levels, not just grade norms.
