It is under my power to choose to undertake a project offered or not to undertake it with out giving any reason. All the requirements and specifications have to be stated properly before starting of the project. Additional requirements, specification, or modification given after the starting of project will be charged if necessary depending on the complexity, it is also under my power to continue or to discontinue the project in the event of Additional requirements, specification, or modification. After sales services will be charged if necessary. I can choose to add a completed project to my portfolio (unless customer specifically mentions that it should not be added). My liability to the project is limited to the advance payment made if any. I cannot be held responsible for the loss or injury caused directly or indirectly by the use of my products, (However I can assure you that I will make every effort with in my power to avoid any mishap).
