welcome to my site, dedicated to my obsession with the chevy monte carlo and the making of my 79 monte.

the short story of my 79 monte (pictured to the left) goes like this. i found the car on the trading times website. it was an original owner, t-top, 305 with 76k original miles. i thought it was a deal until i had it shipped up here from florida. turns out it had been sitting for awhile and the interior needed major work. however it was a unmodified car making a good foundation for the build.
