Alfie: No, no it's an emergancy. No in fact, it's more than that, in fact, my whole life depends on it. It's my fiancee alright? She's really ill, and I don't know if she's gonna last til the end of the day.
(Alfie glances at Nana and Spencer, then changes his mind)
Alfie: Actually, that's not the truth. No the truth is that we really love each other and it was our dream to get married on Christmas Day. Now I don't know if you've ever been in love, or if you're in love right now but there's a girl upstairs breaking her heart. And I love her so much...So what, I've gotta go and see her in a minute. What do I say eh? What do I say?

Alfie: KAT! Kat! Get you're kit on darling we're gonna get married!
Kat: What?
Alfie: The registrar, I mean the real registrar right, I've just spoken to him right and he's on his way here, he's gonna marry us before he carves his turkey...
Kat: What you talking about?
Alfie: I just got my decree thingy right, and Louis just turned up, he's my solicitor right, well he went into his office to get presents for his mum and he brought this in with him. Now he's waiting downstairs, we're waiting for the registrar, and everyone's downstaris! Come on,...
Kat: Is this one of your scams?
Alfie: No. Kat, cross my heart, and hope to die. I promise never to lie to again right. No more porkies, no more scams. Whether it's good or bad, I promise I will tell you everything. Now, we've got a chance to be Mr and Mrs Moon, so will you marry me Kat Slater?
Kat: I love you you soppy git.
Alfie: Will you marry me then?
Kat: Yeah, go on then!
Alfie: Right, you get ready and I'm gonna keep 'em talking alright?
Kat: Right.
Alfie: Listen, how long do you need?

Alfie: I Alfred William Moon, take you Kathleen Slater...
Registrar: To be wedded wife.
Alfie: To be my beautiful wedded wife.
Registrar: I Kathleen Slater, take you Alfred, William Moon
Kat: I Kathleen Slater, take you, Alfred William Moon...
Registrar: To be my wedded husband.
Kat: To be my gorgeous wedded husband!
Registrar: I can therefore declare, you are now man and wife!
Kat: Is that it?
Alfie: Looks like it, Mrs Moon!
Registrar: It's now customary to kiss the bride!
(They kiss and have their happy ending!)
