Bullet The Blue Sky: Tattoimaru’s weapon
Episode 1
“Kujiku!” the boy says. The sacred barrier protecting the cave fades into oblivion. Tattoimaru has to admit that the spell breaker worked rather well. He bought it two days before from a ninja. Rejecting the offered payment plan, Naraku’s son had paid the entire cost right away, in gold. He made no secret of the fact that the gold was stolen; but this confronted neither of their morals; because neither of them had any. Kyoubou had finished off the shrine guards and the barrier was the final obstacle between him and his objective. Stepping into the cave, he can feel the demonic aura from that which had been sealed away for many years. Signaling for his minion to go first, Tattoimaru approaches the altar to the rear of the cave. The altar is simple and unadorned; behind it, a natural torch burns, sucking the air from the chamber. Coughing, Tattoimaru rest his eyes on the single occupant of the altar. Lying there is a hammer; a simple tool that a craftsman might use. Grinning with delight, the boy picks up the hammer and steps outside. Turning to face the mountain in which the cave is imbedded; Tattoimaru hefts his prize. Shouting, “NOW TAIYOU, SHOW ME YOUR POWER!” he slams the mallet against the stone. There is a flash of light but no noise. When the light fades and the dust settles, half the mountain is missing.
