NIRMAL GURU KRIPA SPINNER LTD. has been promoted by Shri__________________ and associates. It will be incorporated is a closely held public limited company under the companies Act 1956 on _______________with Registrar of Companies, Delhi. The main object of the company is to carry on business of Manufacture and sale of Cotton Yarn and all type of textile products. The company is promoted by RALSON GROUP of INDUSTRIES, which at present is mainly engaged in manufacture and sale of tyre and tubes and new venture is an endeavour of the group to chart growth in other line of manufacturing and to broad base business activities. The group was promoted by Late Shri R. L. Pahwa along with his two sons Shri Sant Prakash Pahwa and Shri Omprakash Pahwa in 1950 (hence the name RALSON). The group started with trading in cycle tyres and tubes as well as other parts and set up its first venture to manufacture cycle tyres in 1953 with a very small capacity which later expanded to today’s level in stages. Shri S P Pahwa (73) is a graduate from Lahore University, Pakistan and is father figure of the group and chairman of the company as well. He has over 53 years experience in trading, manufacturing, marketing, design engineering assembly, production of special purpose industrial plants (with their parts, spares, components) and machineries. The board of directors of NGKSL comprises of:- Shri Rajnish (48) S/o Shri SP Pahwa R/o AH 3, Arera Hills, Bhopal has done his graduation from Punjab University and has more than 30 years of experience in the manufacturing, export and marketing. He is enjoying relations with giants in Cycle Industry. He has traveled across the world and has international exposure. He is on the board of following companies /firms:- 1. RVR Technologies Ltd. 2. Ralson Metal Fasteners 3. Northern Machineries Pvt Ltd. 4. Noslar International Pvt. Ltd. Ralson Industries Ltd. The flagship company came into the production in 1986 with installed capacity of 10000 Nos. per day initially and now has capacity of 150,000 no. per day. Since then it is earning profits every year. The group has ploughed back profits besides promoters' contribution, to fund the continuous expansion in capacity, besides term loan from financial institutions in regular intervals. The company is on growth track in the new era of globalization and competitiveness and has been doing fairly well since inception. Company also holds good name and reputation in the export market and its export turnover is also continuously increasing year by year. It has entered into technical collaboration and sourcing arrangement for the supply of bicycle tyres with the Vredestein group of Holland an international player of the tyre industry. The company is presently having term loan from Industrial Development Bank of India, which has a current outstanding of approx. Rs.930 Lakhs and from Union Bank of India of Rs. 950 Lakhs. The company is availing working capital fund and non-fund based limits of Rs. 67.50 crores through a consortium of 4 banks led by Bank of Baroda. The bankers have rated the account of the company as "A+" standard asset. RVR Technologies Ltd. The company has set up 100% EOU project for manufacturing of butyl rubber inner tubes of cycle and cycle rickshaw mainly for the European market in the year 2001-02. The company is engaged in the manufacture of cold forged nuts, Cycle Nuts-Parts, Auto-nuts and Parts. Northern Machineries Pvt. Ltd. The company is engaged in the Manufacture of Rubber processing machineries, tools, molds, dies etc with huge export potentials for export of turnkey plants to African and other developing countries. The company does not enjoy any banking credit facilities.
