Dr. Ricardo Sibug, our beloved principal, delivering his speech. He is now DECS Regional Director - Pampanga. He was a stern disciplinarian and a terror for anyone of us who tried to circumvent the school's rules and regulations... Who won't remember him without his trademarked whipping cane stalking the halls for loiterring students...? But he is most beloved by us. Thank You Dr. Sibug...!
