How do I change payment info
It's easy to review or change the payment information for any order that has not yet entered the shipping process. Log in to Your Account to update or review payment information for your recent orders now. Once you've signed in, follow these simple instructions:
- Click the "Revise order now" button next to the order that requires updating.
- Click the Change button next to the line that says Payment Method to update your card number or expiration date, select another credit card from your account, or submit a new card number
- Click the Confirm button once you are finished making changes.

Where's my stuff?
If you placed the order with an Amazon Marketplace or zShops seller (or if you won an auction), we will estimate delivery dates; however, you will need to contact your seller if you do not receive your shipment within the expected time frame.
Marketplace sellers agree to ship within 2 business days of your purchase. Expected transit times for each shipping method are listed below.
- Standard U.S.: 4 to 14 business days after shipping (may take up to 21 business days)
- Expedited U.S.: 2 to 6 business days after shipping
- International Standard: 3 to 6 weeks (may take 8 to 12 weeks due to customs delays)
If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact your seller directly. Seller contact information can be found in your order confirmation e-mail, as well as on the order summary page in Your Account . (For Auctions and zShops orders, click here .) If after contacting the seller you still have not received your item, you may be eligible for reimbursement under our A-to-z Guarantee .

How do I change the address for an order?
It's easy to revise shipping and billing information for an order you placed with Amazon.com, as long as the order has not yet entered the shipping process. (To revise the information for an order you placed with an Amazon Merchant or Amazon Marketplace seller, please contact the seller directly.)
If we can recognize you as a customer with any unshipped orders, you will see a box to the right. Click the relevant link in that box to visit the order summary page. (If you do not see that box, sign in to Your Account, and select the order you want to revise.)
On this page, you can change your shipping address, payment method, shipping method, number of shipments, and billing address by clicking the Change button next to the relevant listing. For security reasons, when you change your shipping address you will need to reenter your credit card number.
If an order is marked as "Shipping Soon," this means it is being prepared for shipment and cannot be changed by you or by our customer service department. If the package will not reach you because of an incorrect address, it will be returned to us as undeliverable and you will need to place a new order.
