May 27th 2007:....

The Upbeat Depression no longer exists. But it's members do.

Alex is recording songs with Hungry, Hungry Ghost in Berlin and is studying at the university.
Dido lives in Berlin and is a milliner's apprentice.
Lizzy is studying illustration in Edinburgh, Scotland.

January 5th 2003....

The Upbeat Depression no longer exists. Alex is leaving for Germany for 5 months and then moving to New York. Dido is moving permanently to Germany. And Elisabeth is returning to her schooling and then venturing out to France. Thanks to nobody for we received no thanks. Goodbye.

October 16th 2002....

Alex again. We played at The Bocks a couple weekends ago for three of our friends. We do not have any shows booked as of yet and havent practised in a week or so. But we will step on it as soon as possible.

But for now, we are headed up to New York for the weekend. No particualar reason. I am going to be staying with Derek (ofFANG and Portia) in Brooklyn, and the girls are going to be in Manhattan.

We will have some shows hopefully between now and the end of the year. Hopefully more than a few, but we shall see.
