1. you must be a stephen chow fan, of course.

2. you must fill out the required fields in the form. otherwise, no go.

3. a website is not mandatory for joining. just a valid e-mail will do.

4. if you do have a website, you must link back to this site using either a textual or a graphical code, whichever you prefer.

5. put the code up before or immediately after you join. the code must stay up at all times, even if you're on hiatus.

6. if your site is, in any way, offensive (i.e. excessive porn or hate sites), you'll still be listed but not linked.

7. if you need to change your information (e-mail address, website name, website URL, etc.), e-mail me the specifics as well as your member number.
