This was the 2nd generation changer for the car. It
was slightly smaller than the CDX-M100, more contoured in its design (the
M100 was a square "brick" of a changer), and used a one-button
magazine eject (the M100 had a door open button and then you had to eject
the magazine with another button). Still the same in basic design as the
M100, the M70 did have one major improvement over the M100: Last Address
Memory. This allowed the changer to start play from wherever it left off
when you shut it off. The M100 started over at the beginning of the track
whenever you turned it off or it had a major skip.
