Classics for Grades 1-2
Children this age will still enjoy having you read to them. You can read to them both the books for Preschool to Kindergarten and some of the books recommended for third and fourth graders to read. When they then read them themselves in third and fourth grade, it will be like meeting an old friend. Below are some recommendations of books that they can begin to read themselves.
