Question: How does decision-making take place in Mothergrove?
Answer: Normally at membership "business" meetings. In 2000, we planned out what we'd like Mothergrove to do - be a spiritual community and hold rituals, pubnights, coffeehouses, and provide learning opportunities, etc. As to the day-to-day and month-to-month planning of these events, folks just volunteer as they have the time and energy to do it. If a member wants a Pagan pubnight, they suggest a night and let Keith (who announces events each month) know that they've called a pubnight. People volunteer to lead rituals as the need for volunteers arises. As simple as that. If we need to decide on any new projects, then we'd probably organize a meeting at which to do it.
Question: When does Mothergrove have these meetings?
Answer: Whenever one is needed. So far, only two have happened: one in March and one in September of 2000.
The summaries of these two meetings will be posted on this page as they arrive to the webmistress.
