Visit the Tyrannian Omelette on the plateau of Tyrannia for a free piece of omelette every day. This provides three food servings for your pet, or 40np profit. Visit the Tombola (mystery island) once a day for at least a booby prize, if not np, faeries, and condestones if you're lucky. Visit the Fruit Machine too (desert), just in case you're lucky and get np. Visit the Neopian Bank and collect your interest before you deposit or withdraw any money in your account. Visit the Healing Spring for extra hitpoints, a healing potion, or to take away your pet's hunger. Especially good for after a battle or the Snowager. Spend lots of time plays games in the Neopian Gameroom because that's the best way to gain np. Play the ones you're best and quickest at three times a day. Visit the Secret Laboratory Ray every single day if you've completed the Secret Lab Map. If you haven't, buy the nine pieces and put them together in the gameroom. The ray randomly changes your pets stats, species, gender, and color. Bad things can happy but more often good things will happen, just keep goingl If you want to learn all the faerie abilities, use the Mystical Training School and the Swashbuckling Academy first! Get your level up to 32 (highest level for faerie abilities) and buy all the faeries you can afford. Get your abilities up and then visit the lab ray. I say this because it seems like the ray has a hugely negative effect on your pet's level but boosts things like strength, defence, and movement greatly. Newbie Tips: Open a bank account to get 30np and a chance to earn interest daily, don't be disappointed if it's small at first, just keep putting money in, a little every day. Earn np by playing games, games, lots of games! Spend your np on opening a shop and buying and selling items, you'll be surprised at the amount of profit you'll make off of good deals you find. Try to sell a few really expensive items instead of a bunch of little ones. Use the shop wizard to find cheap items, ALWAYS check the shop wizard before pricing items in your store or buying anything. Don't buy your pets expensive toys, food, and grooming items! They're just as happy with cheap Fuzzles, Omelettes, Tchea Fruits, and Soap as they are with Blue Bikes, Faeire Bubbles, and Cloud Aisha Lipstick. Don't beg for money and free items!!! Older members like myself will be happy to give you tips, pointers, and we'll spend hours answering your questions, but we hate it when people beg. Find a friendly guild, join up, and use the friends you meet to answer your questions instead of getting lost and quitting. Neopia is a huge place, it's ok if you feel lost with the thousands of items and hundreds of things to do. :-) |
