| If you spin the wheel on the hour, exact to the second, you'll get 10,000 np. I assume it works for the Wheel of Mediocrity as well, although it would only be 1,000 np for that wheel. This is not a rumour, it really does work. Coltzan's Shrine does not give out 1 million np at midnight, that's a rumour, it's only 100,000 np.
