| Welcome to my site! First off, let me introduce myself. My name is Morna, and I'm going to be a nurse in 1 more semester! Along with that, I'm also involved in my church, Bethel Lutheran in Sherwood Park. I play guitar in the worship band, and am part of a small group. (We've read "The Life You've Always Wanted" by John Ortberg, "Hind's Feet on High Places" by Hannah Hurnard, and are now going through "The Purpose Driven Life - all good reads) I also play trumpet, although I haven't in a while, I want to learn how to play violin, bagpipes, and the bodhran (It's a celtic drum, pronounced boar-ran). I am a Scottish Country Dancer (and, incidentally, Scottish) and enjoy all things Scottish (well, maybe not all, but most). I love dogs, particularly West Highland White Terriers (what do you know, they're Scottish dogs!). I love to read, and my tastes range from Arthurian fantasy type books, to Tolkein, to historical fiction, to, well, most genres (although I just can't get through classics). I love chocolate, the smell after it rains, musicals, writing songs, and hanging out with my friends. Yep, that's about it for now. Have fun, and browse around! | |
