| Welcome to the Morgan County Teen Chat Website. The MCTC is a chat created by teens to get to know one another better and discuss whatever is on our minds. To join just add [email protected] or [email protected] to your MSN messenger, and then make sure you're signed in on the nights of each chat. Should MSN not be working sometime (as it doesn't from time to time) and it's on the night of the chat, please come to this site and just click on the "Chatroom" button at the bottom of this page and we can all have our chat there. There are no obligations for MCTC members and you can cancel your membership at any time. We have come to realize that some people are a little confused by what the MCTC is exactly.. so please email all your questions to Chatmaster Caden or Chatmaster Chris. They'll be glad to answer them. Please make sure to tell all your friends about the MCTC. Even if you're not from Morgan County, you can still join basically as long as you're from East Tennessee.
