The Official Morally Sound Statement of Purpose:

• Every month [undefined period of time] this site will provide links to approximately eighty minutes worth of good music [music Seth likes] from sources officially sanctioned by bands and their record labels. 

• The purpose of this site is simple: to show people that there is more than enough outstanding music that can be obtained free of expense and copyright controversy.

• This site is not about condemning file sharing and all that jazz.  I am assuming you are capable of responsibly choosing how you find and consume music. This site is here to inform.*

• This site is here to provide you with music that is way cooler than what you listen to right now or to verify of increase your coolness.

• You will not find anything like Metallica on this site, not because it is bad/unhip (S&M was straight chamber pop), but because said band others in a similar position and mindset don't feel the need or desire to give away music.  It's their loss really. 

• Above all this site is about sharing the unadulterated bliss of music.
