No, but seriously, I am a 20 year old college student ( with way too much time on his hands)who fancies himself a sometime writer/artist. I'm not sure if any of my creations are any good, but I have a rather bloated ego and thus decided to post a few of them on the web. Always seeking attention, I am.

I first started writing poems/lyrics (albeit, not very good ones) around mid 2002, just after I graduated high school. Falsely believing my writing was a success, I continued jotting down unremarkable phrases for quite sometime. I have somewhat improved over the past two(!) years (my, time flew), but please be quick to point out any and all flaws that are present. Feedback is something I highly value.

(Here comes the obligatory interests paragraph...)

I am very interested in music and film, as well as reading, writing (songs, stories, poems), and creating art. My favorite novel is debatably Catcher in the Rye or maybe Crime and Punishment....or maybe Grapes of Wrath...or maybe To Kill a Mockingbird..., with Lord of the Rings coming in at a close second. I am fascinated by Edgar Allan Poe, and am starting to discover the wonders of the great T.S. Elliot. As for music, Ryan Adams (not BRYAN Adams) is my favorite artist of the moment. I'd have to say my favorite band is probably...U2. Favorite film is easy... Edward Scissorhands. No, Donnie Darko. No, Scissorhands. No, no, no; Matchstick Men. ...Ok, maybe it's not that easy.

One very important thing to remember about me is I am deeply intrigued with mystical/fantastical themes, especially the world of J.R.R. Tolkien. I guess you can say I am quite the eccentric.

Oh well, being strange is interesting, at the least.
