This chapter is a little citrusy....(is that even a word?), I'm totally blushing while I type ~.~ Please let me know if it sucks and how I can improve....

Does any one know who started this bonding and mating thing? I love it! Was it in the original story line? I would appreciate anyone letting me know.... Arigatou!

The usual disclaimer goes here....you know, the one where I don't own anything? (Although I would love to own Vegeta.....drool) ~.~

Past Perfect - Chapter 3: Bonding
By: Moonraven

They ate the rest of the meal in silence. The women cleaned up while Trunks prepared for his workout. Bulma noticed that Pan's mind was not on task so she suggested that the girl go spar with Trunks. Pan, wanting to show him what she can do, practically ran from the room. Bulma chuckled to herself.

Pan went upstairs to look for Trunks. The door was ajar so she decided to go in. When she entered the room, she found him standing on the balcony looking up at the sky, clad only in a pair of spandex-like shorts. His incredibly toned body gleamed in the moonlight, his long lavender hair blowing softly in the wind. (AN: I'm pretty sure he cut his hair before returning to the future. But I love it long, what can I say?) She can feel her body heating up, starting from the roots of her hair all the way to the tip of her toes. His body was perfect, more than perfect, a Greek god came to mind. What she wouldn't give to hold him and run her hands all over those muscles. She can feel more blood rushing to her face and other areas along the lower hemisphere. Afraid of being caught gawking at him, Pan fumbled behind her for the doorknob to retreat.

Trunks can feel her ki as she entered the room. He knew it like it was his own. He was pleasantly surprise that she just stood there by the door. She didn't leave. He turned slowly to face her. He couldn't control the need that was rising in his loins. Ever since last night, all he could think about was molding that body to his, tasting the sweetness of her lips and satisfying the raging desire that was threatening to consume him. The sight of her had woken something he kept dormant during his rigorous training. That need was not about to be denied now. He smiled as he saw her flushed face. Her hands were wrestling with something behind her back.

"What are you trying to do?" He asked quietly, coming towards her.

Pan gulped, "Leave. I'm....I'm...trying to leave." Did she sound like an imbecile or what?

Trunks was now right in front of her. If she so much as lean forward, she knew she'll be able to touch that incredible body.

He leaned closer to her, brushing against her and whispered, "Why?"

Pan shook her head mutely. Wasn't she mad at him? Why can't she find anything to yell at him about now? Trunks chuckled softly as he saw confusion and something else flickered in her eyes. Can it be that she wanted him as well?

Pan lost the power of speech. All she can do was stare at that unfathomable blue eyes and hope she wouldn't do or say any more stupid things. Her breathing was beginning to suffer too. What the hell was wrong with her body? When he is this close she can't function at all. Not wanting Trunks to find her secrets, Pan closed her eyes. Oh Kami, he's making me weak in the knees. How is he doing that?

"I don't know, Panny. How?" he asked as he nuzzled her earlobes. Shit! Did she speak her thoughts again? Idiotidiotidiot! Shut the fuck up, Pan.

He chuckled softly as he suckled her earlobe and all reasons left Pan. She wrapped her arms around his neck and pressed him closer to her. Trunks caught his breath sharply and moved his lips and tongue down her neck. He nibbled and sucked gently and was rewarded with Pan's moans. One hand held her securely against him while his other freely roam her body. She's petite but there's nothing childish about the breasts he was fondling. He was really aroused now. Her scent and taste was so intoxicating he felt drunk. He moved to her mouth and fiercely claim it. He probed his tongue into her sweet, hot mouth and drank his fill of her. She was so sweet, so perfect. He crushed her to him, molding her soft curves onto his hard body.

Pan was drowning in the emotional sea around her. Her senses was reeling and all she's conscious of was the man holding her. She gave in to his intoxicating scent, his tongue, his taste, and the incredible hardness pressing against her. Boldly she arched into his groping hands, willing him to do more. She heard Trunks moaned and was pleased to know that she can do that to him. Her hands twining into his soft hair, pulling his head closer as she lean harder into the kiss, grinding her hips into his rock hard arousal. She wanted it all. She wanted to give him all of herself as well.

"Pan...we shouldn't..." came the raspy voice against her lips. Despite his words, Trunks continued to assault her senses. His lips moved to her throat and his hand crept under her shirt. With one swift tug, her bra was off and fell unnoticed to the floor. He cupped her breast and teased her nipple with his thumb, enticing a soft moan from Pan. Pan arched her back, encouraging him to do more than touch her. Trunks groaned against the base of her neck and brought his mouth to her harden nipple. He flicked his tongue repeatedly over one nipple and then another, torturing her, teasing her. When he brought his mouth to one of her nipple, Pan nearly fainted. Her knees buckled under her, the sensation he was fostering was overwhelming. Her hands crept around his waist and press his arousal harder into her hips. Trunks groaned and claimed her mouth again.

Pan wasn't idle, her hands traveled down his back and under the waistband of his shorts. Trunks jumped and almost scream as her unwitting hand brushed against the spot where his tail used to be. Waves of pleasure crashed over him and he found himself thrusting his hip forward, pounding and grinding his throbbing member harder against her. His arousal was so strained as it is he wasn't sure he could hold himself back. His body was trembling violently, both form his need for release and his need for control. Control won and he was able to maneuver her hand away from his impending downfall. He held both of her wrists and pinned them behind her back. He rested his forehead on hers and closed his eyes, breathing heavily.

She cried out in anguish when he broke the kiss and stop her exploration. She opened her eyes, confusion and hurt clouded them. It took Trunks every ounce of energy hold himself back. All he wanted right now, was to plunge himself deep inside her, and feel her wall tightening around him. He closed his eyes tightly and fought for control. This is not how it suppose to turn out. Pan was off limits and he had to remember that.

"I'm sorry, Pan." He said, breathing hard. "We can't ....."

Pan choked back her humiliation and tear and turn to run out of the room. How could she throw herself at him like that? Of course he doesn't want her! He has Jinai! He caught her wrist and turn her to face him. Struggling as hard as she can, Pan still couldn't break free. He was so strong. Trunks pulled her against him. "Panny, sweet Panny." He murmured. "Kami, how I want you! But I can't. I promised Gohan that you'll be safe. From ME as well as the androids." He continued to hold her gently, resting his cheek on her head. "As much as I want to ravish your body right now, I can't." His voice was thick with passion and his body strained with the effort to control his body. He held her loosely in the circle of his arms.

She looked up at his anguish face and realize that she loved him more than ever. It pained her less to know that the reason for his rejection was not Jinai but his promised to her father. Not willing to let him off the hook for upsetting her earlier, she nuzzled the crook of his neck. 'Let see how good is your restraint, Trunks.' Trunks groaned in protest but she continued to lick and kiss his neck and shoulder.

"Pan, you're making this very difficult." His breaths were ragged. "I cannot break my promise to Gohan. He was everything to me. Please understand Pan." He was pleading with her?

Pan nodded mutely and disengaged herself from his embrace.

"Thank you." He said and kissed her gently on her nose. He almost jumped out of his skin when she bit his chin softly. Somewhere in the back of his mind, he knew there was some significant to that but it escaped him at the moment. "Stay away from me, Pan, or I might not be able to keep my promise and Gohan will kill me." He smiled, pushing her gently towards the door. Pan did not look back as she leave the room, afraid she might run back into his arms.

Her heart was racing still so she took a walk outside to cool off. She remembered to wear the wrist shield generator in case she wandered off the premises. The night was beautiful, in the darkness she could hardly tell that she was not in her time. Earlier she had dug out a capsule house from her pouch, now she tossed it in the yard next to the time machine. She'll stay here now and let Trunks keep his room. Good thing the house also contained many of her clothing and necessities. The little dome shape house came with a swinging bench by the front door. She sat on that and pondered on her predicament with Trunks. He was not indifferent to her, that's for sure. Can Bulma be right and can she be the girl in his dreams? It was late when Pan decided to go to bed. She looked up at Trunks window before entering her little house. The room was dark. Was he sleeping or was he still out training? She wondered as she settled into bed.

***********************************************

The next few days were pretty uneventful. Trunks avoided her like she had the plaque. He left early in the morning and returned late at night. Trunks had made sure that there was no opportunity for them to be alone. The few times they passed each other in the hall were awkward at best. What made matter worst was that Jinai was now with him constantly. If Bulma was unhappy, she did not show it. So much for destiny, thought Pan bitterly. Deep inside, Pan knew the reason for Trunks distance and Jinai being there. It was to keep him away from Pan. It didn't ease the pain of seeing them together, though, and Pan had to employ all of her acting skills to hide her distress. Hostility and irritation became her façade. If she was not fighting with Trunks, she was arguing with Jinai. Now was one of the many instances where Pan was anything but sweet.

"Why can SHE go with you and I can't?" Pan hissed through gritted teeth. She was panting, legs planted apart, hands on her hips. "I can definitely do more damage than HER." She gesture towards the smug Jinai standing next to Trunks.

"For the last time Pan, she's not going to fight the androids. Her task is to help with the evacuation." Trunks sighed, running out of patience. "Besides, it's not even your world, I don't want you to get hurt doing something you don't have to."

"YOU fought and died in OUR world." She pointed out and heard a small gasp from Jinai. 'Ha! bet you didn't know that, did ya?'

"That's exactly why you're not fighting. There's no Dragon Balls here, Pan. I can't allow anything to happen to you." He tried to reason.

"You died?" They heard Jinai whispered. She stared at him uncertainly. Pan rolled her eyes. "Yes, he did. Cell blasted him in the chest, blood and gut exploded every where and Vegeta went berserk." She took the liberty of exaggerating.

Trunks sighed and shook his head at Pan's tactless description of his death. "Father did not go 'berserk'." Trunks said, frowning. Krillin had told him something to the effect. Trunks had thought that Krillin was only trying to make him feel better.

"He did, too. You forget I grew up on those fighting stories." Pan smiled from the memory. "They teased Vegeta mercilessly with that." She looked at Trunks, a little sad that he missed all that. "He really cares about you, Trunks. He just couldn't show it."

Jinai, feeling left out and still queasy about her boyfriend's bloody death, insisted that they leave. "We're late already Trunks. We have to go. They're waiting for us."

"Yeah, okay." Trunks was still looking at Pan. He wanted to ask her so many things about his father but there never seem to be enough time.

"We'll talk when you get back, if you like." Pan said. "I know a few more things that'll make you flip." She gave him a small smile. All resolves to be mean to him flew out the window when he looked so sad like that.

Trunks smiled back, "Thanks, Pan." With a wave, he and Jinai flew off. Pan can see Jinai snaking her hand in his as they flew away. Oooooh! She really ought to blast that girl.

***********************************************

Jinai was still with him when he returned late that night. 'Doesn't that girl have a home?' Pan thought angrily.

'Probably not!' Her conscience told her. 'These people had suffered a lot, Pan. Stop being so mean!'

'Oh, SHUT UP!'

That night, Pan could not sleep. The sounds coming from Trunks' room was driving her insane. 'Can't they close the window if they intend to make so much noise?' She pulled the pillow over her head. It was no use. Her saiyan hearing and senses would not let her shut out the offending moans from Jinai and the fluctuating ki from Trunks.

With a grunt, Pan flew out her window towards Trunks' room. She floated just outside his window and covered her eyes. 'I DO NOT want to see this', she thought.

"HEY!" She yelled to get their attention. "Be kind enough to close the DAMN window when you're ...coupling!" Pan can hear the surprise gasps from the entwined figures and rustling of blankets. She knew they were trying to cover themselves and was annoyed even more. "Oh, don't bother, I'm NOT looking! Ewww....as if!" To emphasize her point, she shivered with disgust. "Trunks if you can be kind enough to wear your wrist shield, so that I don't have to be a witness to your rampaging energy level, I would appreciated it. I do want to get some sleep!" With that she slam his window shut and released a small beam from her finger, tracing the outline of his window. All the while making sure that she only saw the window frame and not the horrified couple on the bed. Ha! Pan snickered to herself as she flew back to her house. Let see him open his window now.

Trunks was stunned. He stared after the small figure in astonishment. Jinai was equally shocked. The nerve of that girl. She was annoyed even more when she realized that Trunks seem to have forgotten all about her. She moved to straddle him and rock up and down slowly on his shaft. Trunks was brought back to the present by his lover's movement and the sensation she was re-creating and he quickly match her pace. Soon they were back to where they were before Pan interrupted them.

Pan was pissed beyond words. It was more than half an hour after she barged in on them and they're still at it! Why the hell hadn't he put on the damn shield. It was killing her to feel his energy and knowing that it was because of someone else. I'M GOING TO KILL THEM!!!!

Since Pan sealed his window shut, she used the door. Jinai screamed and Trunks gave a surprise shout as they found her by their bed side. They scrambled off each other so fast if she wasn't angry, it would have been hilarious. She kept her eyes locked on his the whole time, well aware that her face was crimson with embarrassment as well as anger. "What the.....?" Trunks started.

Pan ignored him, grabbed his wrist and slapped on the shield, her eyes never leaving his. "Just because YOU two don't want to sleep, doesn't mean I don't." she seethed, unwilling for him to know the pain he was causing. She spun on her heels and left the room, slamming the door behind her.

Pan was trembling so hard, she found she couldn't move her legs. She stood leaning against the door, she could no longer hold back the tears flowing down her cheeks. With great effort she moved down the hall only to collapse at the foot of the stairs. I hate him. I hate him. I hate him. She said over and over to herself.

She jumped when she felt a hand on her shoulder. She didn't have to look up to know that it was Trunks. Her body, it seem, knew his touch implicitly. "Are you alright, Pan?" He asked quietly.

"What do you care?" She retorted and got up to leave. Her pride took control of her shaky legs and she was able to walk rigidly towards the side door. She didn't get very far when she was pulled back against a wall of solid flesh.

"I'm sorry, Pan." He whispered hoarsely into her hair, both hand gripping her upper arms like steel vice.

"What are you doing here?" She asked. "Shouldn't you be with your ...." What was the term Vegeta used? Oh, yeah... "mate?" She struggled uselessly to get free.

Trunks frowned at the term and said "She's not my 'mate' as you called it."

"Whatever......" Pan tried to sound bored. "Look, I put the wrist thing on you so you can go on all night if you want to and I wouldn't have to be a witness to it. So go and do your thing already."

"Believe it or not, after two interruptions, it would be very hard for us to "do our thing", as you so crudely put it. I'm afraid Jinai has left, and I'm going to need a new window, apparently." Trunks turned her around to face him. "You are one strange girl, you know that? 'Mate' indeed." He commented with a small smile.

"I.....I just thought it was fitting. I hear your parents use it all the time." She said, confused that he was here with her instead of being with Jinai.

Trunks frowned at the mentioned of his parents. "Are they.....are they happy together?" He was almost afraid to ask. (you have to keep in mind, Trunks semi-obsessed with figuring out his parents' relationship)

"Yes, I believe so." She looked at him then, hearing the pain in his voice. "He cares a lot for both you and your mom." She found that she could not be mad at him when he was so sad like this.

"Right." His voice was dripping sarcasm. "I didn't see any of that when I was there."

"Oh please! NO ONE ever see any of that! Vegeta is definitely NOT Mr. Sentimental, you know. But once in a while he'll do something totally major like give up ruling the universe or sacrificing his life to safe you and your mom. Well, to save the earth really but that's because he wanted you guys to be safe."

Trunks stared at her dumbfounded. His father would never do something like that...would he?

Seeing his expression, Pan gave him a small smiled. "Really. They were fighting this guy name Buu who was very strong. Much stronger than Cell. He thought that the only way to beat Buu and keep you and Bulma safe, was to self-destruct. Well, that didn't work and he ended up dead. Then he was brought back and fused with grandpa Goku and they became this awesome guy Vegitto. Well in the end, grandpa Goku, with the help of everyone's energy, did a huge spirit bomb and beat Buu."

Trunks was so stunned that the whole time Pan was talking, he just stared at her open-mouthed. When she was done, he said wistfully, "I wish my mom could have known his feelings."

"I think if anyone can know Vegeta's feelings and thoughts, it would be Bulma." She gently put a hand on his arm. "She's still true to his memories, you know. When she and I are alone, we often talked of 'her mate'."

"Thanks, Pan. You don't know how much that means to me." Trunks was beginning to feel the pull of her eyes on him. He felt comforted, safe and above all, loved; feelings he had never felt since he was a child. He wanted very badly to "do his thing" with her at that moment but instead he reluctantly let her go and said, "I have an early morning training in the mountains. Wanna come?"

Eager to show him what she can do, Pan nodded enthusiastically.

"Good, then get some sleep." He kissed her gently on the forehead. "G'night." He walked back upstairs, leaving Pan to stare after him. Well! She would have been asleep if it hadn't been for him!

********************************************

"Pan. Pan, are you awake?" Someone was calling her. She forced her eyes open and looked at the time. She groaned, it's 6 a.m.

"There's no school today, mom, let me sleep." She mumbled and rolled on her stomach, burying her face in her pillow. She was startled and bolted upright when she heard a familiar voice laughing from the window by her bed.

"Wake up sleepy head. Want to spar or not?" Trunks cheerful voice and incredibly handsome face greeted her as she turned to her window. He poked his head through the window and looked around her room. "Hey, not bad. Small but definitely appropriate for traveling."

"Do you mind?" she asked, getting out of bed and shoving him out the window. "This is MY bedroom."

He feigned a hurt look, "I let YOU stay in MY bedroom."

"OUT" She commanded mockingly. Suddenly shy as he's stared at her in her skimpy night clothes.

"I'll give you 10 minutes. Then you can show me what a girl Super Saiyan can do." He winked and went back toward the Capsule Corps house. The site of her ripe, young body in the skin tight tank top and matching underwear was begin to take a toll on his self control. He didn't need another episode like the other night.

She washed and dress in record time. In 10 minutes exactly she was in the kitchen in the main house. Bulma was preparing breakfast and pointed towards the mountain in the east.

"He's there, waiting for you. I think he's testing to see if you can find him." Bulma smiled brightly. "Don't forget to wear your shield, Pan."

Pan was off toward the said mountain. She tried to sense his ki but can't. Bulma's shields were really good. She spotted a clearing littered with charred trees and rocks and guessed that this has got to be it. She landed and looked around. Trunks really did a job on these trees and boulders. As she walked around she sensed 3 weak kis to the right. She turned and waited for them to approach her. A few minutes later 3 burly men rush into the clearing. They were carrying sacks and looked like they're running from someone. By the look of them, Pan guessed that they're running from the authorities.

"Hey, looky what we have here." The largest man said, licking his lips. "Morning dessert." He leered. The others dropped their bags and moved towards her, rubbing their hands together, wickedly.

Pan was annoyed and looked it. "Get your ugly butts out of here before they get hurt."

"Ooh, I'm so scared" Laughed one of them. "Come on, sweetheart. Let's have some fun."

They moved to circle her. Pan stood, unmoving, hands on her hips and rolled her eyes. This was so pathetic. Here she was, Pan, the granddaughter of the strongest fighter in the universe, reduced to skirmishes with local bandits. Since Trunks was no where to be seen, she guessed she can pass time by beating the crap out of these idiots. Okay, they wanted to play, she'll play.

"Tell you what, if you guys can catch me, you can have me." She offered, her tone dripping with boredom.

"Don't worry, sweet thing, we'll catch you." The big one laughed. "We might even let you enjoy it." The rest joined in the laughter.

Pan nearly barf. Then she spotted Trunks out of the corners of her eyes. "Finally!" She said impatiently to him Where the hell has he been? The others spotted him as well.

"Hey, how do we know your boyfriend there won't interfere." One of them protested, pointed towards Trunks who was casually leaning on one of the trees.

"He won't" Pan said. It was meant more as a warning for Trunks not to interfere.

"Don't worry, if you can catch her, you can definitely have her." Trunks was smiling broadly.

The three men did not need anymore encouragement. They rushed Pan at the same time. She soared up in the air and they ran into each other. In a blur, all can be heard was painful grunts, screams and falling bodies. Pan was careful not to kill them and since she wanted this space to spar with Trunks, she flew them to another peak nearby and left them there.

When she returned, Trunks was trying very hard not to roll on the floor with laughter. She rushed at him before he has a chance to react. Her kick caught him behind the knee and he buckled to the floor. As she retreat, she felt his iron grip on one of her ankles and she was thrown into a tree. The impact was not hard, Trunks was taking it easy with her. She turned around to tell him not to hold back and was faced with his blue eyes inches from her own. Mischief twinkled in his eyes. Both arms were on either side of her, and she's trapped between Trunks and the tree's trunk. (hehehe)

"I caught you." He said softly. "Can I keep you?"

Pan smashed her knee into his stomach and flared into Super Saiyan. The force of her power threw Trunks back momentarily, and she made her escape, throwing a ki blast at him as she flew away.

Trunks was taken aback by her boldness and quickly flew after her. She's quite a power house but he knew she was no match for him. The challenge was to catch her without going Super Saiyan. No problem, Trunks said to himself, a Vegeta smirk displayed prominently on his handsome face.

Pan looked back over her shoulder to see if Trunks was far behind. Whoa! He was just a few feet from her and he didn't even turn SSJ. The nerve of that guy! She powered up and threw another blast at him. Trunks grinned and dodged easily. He form a small ki blast and send it to her. It hit Pan in the back and she was slammed into the side of the mountain. DAMN HIM! He was so powerful! Pan pushed herself away from the hole caused by her impact. She knew full well Trunks was right behind her. Instead of turning around, she shot straight up. And promptly crash into muscular chest that was Trunks'. Momentarily stunned by the impact, she didn't protest as he held her in his arms. When she recovered enough to look up at him, she saw that he was smiling broadly. Indignant, she struggled fiercely. He laughed softly at her, grabbed a handful of her hair and roughly force her head back.

"You're not trying hard enough, Panny." He teased. "Can it be that you wanted to be caught?" His blue eyes twinkled with merriment. Pan was mesmerized by them, they were so beautiful, so clear. They say that eyes are windows to the soul. What would his reveal? Gazing intently, she explored their endless depth and lost herself in those blue seas and found that she never wanted to leave. With something akin to an electric shock, she felt something give, like a portal opening. She can also feel him being drawn deep into her soul, as she has been in his. Time stood still as emotions and events flashed before them. Their gaze locked and their minds were overwhelmed with the sudden surge of thoughts and emotions. Things seem to be exploding around them and with a painful gasp, they both crumpled and plummeted towards the earth. Trunks recovered enough to grab Pan and try to slow their descend. They landed unceremoniously on the ground. Trunks absorb most of the impact since Pan landed right on top of him, still unconscious. She loves me, was the last conscious thought as his mind too fell into darkness.

****************************************************

Pan's head was killing her. What the hell caused it to throb so much? She slowly opened her eyes and saw beautiful blue sky, trees tops and a cliff. Hmm, where the heck was she? As she struggled to sit up, she noticed that she was lying on top of something, or rather, someone. TRUNKS! With an loud squeak, she jumped off and kneeled next to his prone body. She took him in her arms and cradled his head in her lap. She was relief to find that he's not badly injured. She brushed a few stray strands of soft lavender hair from his face and stroke his cheek gently. He looked so peaceful like this. She leaned over and brushed her lips softly across his forehead. Had she imagine it? What was that they shared? Desperately she try to recall some of the things Vegeta had taught them (her, Trunks, Goten and Gohan) about saiyans. Was that some saiyan thing she and Trunks experienced? Absentmindedly, she rocked back and forth, stroking his hair gently.

Trunks stirred in Pan arms and let out a low groan. She looked down at him and smile. She liked seeing him like this, it made her feel stronger for a change.

"Hey. Are you okay?" She asked softly.

Trunks peered up at her smiling face and smiled back. "I think I can get used to this."

"Get used to what? Crashing to the ground?" She laughed, shoving him playfully off her lap.

"No." He gingerly sat up. "Waking up to see you."

Pan blushed profusely and refuse to look at him. "What happened to us?" she asked, staring at her hands in her lap.

Trunks watched her intently, deep frown replaced the playful grin. 'She doesn't know. Should he tell her? Are they ready for this?'

"What? What don't I know? Ready for what?" Pan was confused. What is he talking about?

Trunk nearly jumped out of his skin. Quickly he put up a mental block, something he learned when training with his father. She's heard his thoughts. It was too late. The mental bond was in place. Trunks was angry with himself. How can he let this happen? He should have been more careful. What are they going to do now? Two more bonds were needed before they were joined as mates forever and at this rate, their chances of coming out of this mateless was pretty slim.

"Trunks! Answer me! What are you talking about?" Pan stared at him, almost frightened.

"I don't know." He lied. Careful, Trunks. Maintain your mental blocks. She can't find out about this. At least not now.

"I have to go." He said abruptly and flew off, leaving Pan to stare dumbly after him.

Pan blinked after the disappearing figure in confusion. He was afraid of something, she can sense it. She can also sense that he was hiding something. Something very important. Does it have something to do with sharing one's soul? Because that's what it felt like to her. Was it her imagination or can she sense Trunks feelings? Can Trunks also sense hers? Pan got up, dusted herself off and flew back to Capsule Corps. Bulma would know.

Trunks went back to Capsule Corps, removed his wrist shield, grabbed his sword, kissed him mom goodbye and left. He's hunting the androids today, there can be no distractions (a little late for that). He'll deal with Pan when he gets back. Without his wrist shield generator, the androids should find him with no problem. Trunks looked forward to avenging his father and the rest of the Z fighters, especially his master and best friend, Gohan. With a ferocious look on his face, Trunks raced on to meet his destiny.
