The assault course: Anna gets up at 10:15am. She made a drink and went to check on the chickens. At 10:35am, Anna was called to the Diary Room. At 10:40, Anna is chatting to Darren. She is sat on his bed. Anna said to Darren, 'We left the candle on all night. It burnt all the way through'. Darren crawls out of bed at 10:42am, and is promptly asked to put his mic on. At 10:45am, the rest of the housemates start getting up.
Anna said to Nichola, 'I had a dream about my Mum. She is not happy how the show is going'. She then said, 'Who was up up last night?' No one answers. Mel turned to Anna and said, 'Did you have a dream?' Anna said, 'Yes, but I can't remember it'. Anna then said, 'I've never felt sad in here. I've felt pissed off, but never sad. I will have to go and see Brett to see if he can snap me out of it'.
Anna, Mel and Nichola are talking about the best way to tackle the monkey bars on the assault course. Mel said to Nichola, 'Darren smelt the papier mache on the boys door. It stinks'. Darren then said to Mel, 'You left the candle on'. Nichola said, 'That was my fault'. Darren said, 'What time did you all go to bed last night?' Mel said, 'About 4:00'.
Anna was watching a camera. She said, 'That must be the YTS cameraman on that camera. It's driving me crazy that stupid camera'. Anna then declares, 'I'm having a smoke free day today'.
Anna and Darren are talking about Nichola's going away outfit. One of them said, 'Knickers or not? Naked or not?' They both laughed.
At 12:00pm. Mel went out to practice the assault course. She practiced for about 5 minutes. Then said, 'Right that's it. I'm going to do some sunbathing. Anna started to sing 'American Pie'.
1:00pm. A helicopter is hanging around outside. The housemates are called back indoors. At 1:15pm, they are allowed outside again. At 1:30pm, a helicopter returns. They are called in again. At 1:40pm, they are allowed back outside.
Anna was watching Nick on the assault course. She said, 'I could watch him on there for hours'. Everyone laughs.
Following the chip pan fire and the candle being left all night, BB issued a stern warning with regard to fire safety and the lighting candles. They were told to treat the Big Brother house like it was their own. They are also ticked off about chewing and swinging of microphones. They are expensive pieces of equipment.
2:15pm and Nichola is called to see Brett.
Nick and Anna are discussing Mary Black a famous Irish singer.
The housemates do the task at 4:00pm. Nick fell off the see-saw. They completed the task, they are now awaiting the result.
Nick said, 'I'll do some reiki this afternoon. My clinic will open at 4:40pm'.
Nick, Mel, Darren and Tom are discussing who chews/swings the mics. No one commits themselves. Craig is in the unicycle. Mel said to Craig, 'I'm gonna do 240 crunches'. She proceeds to exercise.
Nick said to Craig, 'He might say something about how the outside world sees us'. Craig said, 'Yeah! Something we might not want to hear'.
Craig totally out of the blue, said to Mel, 'I want to fuck you'. Mel said, 'What?' Craig said, 'I want to fuck you. Come here'. Mel said, 'No. I'm scared'. Mel said, 'It's really boring in here'. Then begins to reel off a load of stuff about her family, friend and relationships.
Nick si promising to take Craig to New Zealand.
There is a rumour going around that the nominations may be wrong. Tom is suspected of saying Nicholas and not Nichola.
BB announces that they passed the task an that their budget for this week is �94.
It is 5:45pm. Craig is about to have a reiki session with Nick. Darren is resting up in the bedroom as well. Nick goes to wash his hands. He goes back to the bedroom. He said to Craig, 'As you won't need your radio mic on, you can put it in the upholstery. They both take their mics off.
Anna and Tom are playing cards and just having a general conversation. Anna said to Tom, 'What do your family think?' Tom said, 'If I hadn't entered, they would have entered me. They thought I'd be excellent'. Tom said, 'It's all part of the challenge. How to keep ourselves in here.
The sound comes back to Nick and Craig at 6:40pm.
Mel said to Nick, 'What's on your mind?' Nick said, 'The future'. Mel said to Nick about her chat with Brett. 'It was inciteful. Very interesting'. They started to talk about certain things on the show. Mel said, 'Brett has a huge list for me when I get out'.
Mel said, 'I want another task to stimulate my mind'. Nick fancies another play. Anna wants to memorise a script. Anna said, 'Lets have a game. What is the capital city of......?' The game fizzled out in a few minutes. Darren is cooking the evening meal again.
Big Brother gives the group another task. They have to compose and perform a song and dance number. It must be an original tune. They are trying out lots of different ideas for songs.
What happens over the rest of the night will have to be set on separate pages. The most incredible night is about to begin. The rest of my report consists of a series of one-to-one conversations between different members in the house.
