Include your school and outside activities
(scouting, clubs, sports, Special Olympics, church, and other volunteer work).

Also, list your honors and awards received and positions you have held within these organizations.

In addition, attach a brief essay describing yourself
and why you should be considered
for the John T. and Helen T.Mooney Memorial Scholarship.
This essay is important so please take your time.
We want to be able to know you and get a good picture of the kind of student/person you are.
