We have a subcontractor base with expertise in every field of construction maintenance, replacement and repair. MBI has the resources available to meet your needs: - Site utilities; - Irrigation, landscaping and site appurtenances; - Concrete, asphalt and hardscape surfaces; - Foundations and structural assemblies; - Masonry block and brick; - Structural and miscellaneous steel; - Expansion joint assemblies; - Millwork, casework, and architectural woodwork; - Roofing and building insulation; - Doors, windows and hardware; - Interior finishes (flooring, acoustical ceilings, painting, etc.); - Toilet Partitions, accessories and other specialty items; - Kitchen and restaurant equipment; - Cubicles and modular furniture assemblies; - Recreation and exercise equipment; - Elevators and conveying systems; - Mechanical and plumbing systems; - Fire protection systems; - Electrical systems; - Fire alarm, security, telephone and other low voltage systems; - Temperature controls and building automated systems. Taking Corrective Action MBI will select the appropriate subcontractor to review the area in question. You will be provided with an analysis of the current condition and given the corrective options available. Feasibility, cost impact, space constraints, and construction lead times will be presented with a detailed comparison as to aid you in your final decision. Scheduling and Construction MBI will work with you to establish a construction schedule. It is our goal not to disrupt the normal productivity of your business and will qualify our estimate with the agreed upon dates and times you provide. Protection of surrounding work areas from construction activities will be included as applicable. MBI strives to maintain a clean and safe work environment and minimize the impact construction activities will have on you and your employees.
