It allows users to enter records of work done using several different methods. If you prefer, you may use your cell phone from your car immediately after leaving the client's location - Good use of time otherwise wasted, and enter it while the information is fresh in your mind. Or you could log on to the website from a computer or your WAP enabled PDA to update and view your Time records. TimeTracker allows the setting up reminders for the procrastinators. No longer do you have to remind your employees for their timesheets, TimeTracker will do it for you. Of course, these are fully customizable features. Besides, with all the ways in which your employee can update these records there may be no need for reminders. TimeTracker will detect when a users records are up-to-date and automatically generate the timesheet or invoice. A user may set it up so that each timesheet/invoice is authorized before being send to one or more recipients. TimeTracker would send an email with a copy of the invoice and consider it authorized on receiving return mail. As far as the invoices themselves go, your company can continue to use their Word document templates. We do not require you to use invoices and timesheets that are formatted by us. The same Word documents, with a few modifications to allow for automation, can be used to generate your invoices or timesheets. Users can set up emails for multiple recipients of these documents, and the system can be set up to generate and send out the invoices at specific times and/or regularly at specific times of the week or month - the settings are entirely customizable. All of the records are password protected and can only be viewed and modified by authorized person or people belonging to an authorized group. All the data and reports that can be generated can be viewed by users from anywhere on the Web. Many standard reports are pre-built, while others may be generated using the utilities built into this service. Also, this data can be retrieved and integrated into other applications. The data can be downloaded in XML or other popular ASCII formats. Data available in the XML format may allow this service to be integrated into your office applications and thus your enterprise.
