| I was born and raised in Lamar, Colorado. I started playing guitar at the age of 13. I picked up a bass guitar and started playing that a year later. Then I learned to sing. The problem I encountered in Lamar was there were not enough drummers around so I traded my guitar and amp for drums. |
| I learned the basics of music from my dad, Dennis Osbment, who plays four different instruments. My first appearance was jamming with my dad's band at the Saloon in Lamar. Bands I have been involved in are: By Request, U.G.C., Audiophile and Money $hot. My influences are mostly hard rocker drummers like Bobby Rock, Phil Rudd, Neil Peart, John and Jason Bonham, Mike Portnoy and Nick Menza. My absolute favorite drummer is Neil Pert. |
