So you’ve heard that Ultimate Frisbee is an amazing game and you wanna know more. And even better, it exist in the City of Moncton.
What is Ultimate Frisbee?…
It’s what happens when you take the best of all team sports, mash them all together and throw in a Frisbee (aka – a disc). To better understand what we mean, imagine a soccer field with end zones like football, basketball rules, and the high energy of soccer.

However, this is not all there is to Ultimate Frisbee. The true essence of the sport is in its unwavering spirit of sportsmanship. Even at the international level, there is not a single uniformed referee. The players themselves take on the responsibility of ensuring the game is played fairly. Unlike other sports, it is far more prestigious to take home the coveted “Spirit” award then it is to win the game or tournament.

We are an enthusiastic bunch who play ALL YEAR LONG!! Outdoor, indoor! Spring, summer, winter and fall. It’s simply a matter of showing up and joining in the fun!

Pick Up: Whether you are new to the game or are just looking for a reason to get out of the house, pick-up is a great place to start. Competitive: If pick-up twice a week just isn’t enough to satisfy your athletic competitive drive, than maybe you need to join in the excitement of tournaments. This is where the true spirit of Ultimate comes alive! The Moncton Ultimate Club currently has one very spirited touring team, the MUDSlides.
