" Mom can I go to go England for the summer?" Tara asked her mom. "Why on Earth would you want to go to England for?" Her mom asked curiously. "Remember my friend that I met in the US during our vacation?" Tara asked. "Yes, the one that we never met or even heard of their name from you." Her mom said. "Well, he's from England and he wants me to stay with him for the summer." Tara said. "Wait, wait. He? You want to stay with a boy? In England?" Her mom asked. " Yeah... I promise you that we won't do anything, like you know what." Tara said. " We don't even know this boy!" Her mom cried. " You wouldn't believe me if I told you who he is." Tara said. "Really? Is he the prince of England or something?" She asked. " Um... Yes." Tara said quietly. Her mom looked at her skeptically. " You expect me to believe that?" She asked Tara. " You want me to call him? 'Cause I will." Tara said to her mom.
Tara walked over to the phone quickly and dailed the long distance number. " Hi! William? ... Yeah, it's Tara... No, I didn't get an answer yet... No, she doesn't believe me... Ok, you talk to her then." Tara passed the phone to her mom. " Hello? ... This is Tara's mother... William, prince William? ... Alright, I'll talk it over with her father... Good-bye." Her mom hung up the phone and looked at Tara shocked. Tara smiled at her mom. " Now do you believe me?" Tara asked still smiling.
