DFACS with the Child Advocacy Center in cooperation with the Angel Network of Forsyth County

This year again we will be stuffing stockings and Easter baskets for the children in DFACS and CASA care, plus all the foster children in Forsyth County.  Each year our club helps put together stockings and Easter baskets with much needed hygiene items, small toys, and other holiday items. 

2004/2005: Our chapter was able to fill 100 stockings and 100 Easter baskets for children in DFACS care

2005/2006: In cooperation with the Angel Network and a donation from Realtors 400 our chapter along with Cumming-SE will be filling 200 stockings this Christmas season.

Prevent Child Abuse Forsyth County, GA

The numbers of reported cases of child abuse in the county go up each year.  This year again we will be helping get the word out about prevention of abuse.  Also the club will be helping to get a billboard up with the 1-800 number in the county. Prevent Child Abuse Georgia

This past August 2005 our chapter helped with the bake sale and book sale to help raise over $1500.  Look for another book sale in Feb 2006.

Children’s Health Care of Atlanta

Private shopping night at Toys'Rus night will benefit Children’s Health Care.  The night will also be a way to celebrate the MOMS Club.

Northside Hospital Perinatal Loss

The Perinatal loss helps mothers who lose their child in childbirth.  Our club will be raising money to buy items for the nurses to give to the mothers.
