| Easy Tater Tot Casserole (submitted by Danielle M.) 1 1/4 lbs. Ground Turkey 1 can cream of celery soup 1/2 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup 1 bag frozen tater tots lots of grated cheddar cheese Brown meat and drain. Mix in soups. Put meat mixture in 13x9 dish. Spread tater tots over meat until completely covered, but only one layer deep. Bake following tater tot package (450 degrees for appox. 16-18 minutes) Sprinkle cheddar cheese over tater tots and bake a few more minutes until melted. Serve with sour cream, ketchup or taco sauce. Yummy! Stir-in suggestions: saut�ed onions, bell peppers, or steamed broccoli. |

) 1 (1LB) LOAF UNSLICED FRENCH BREAD 8 EGGS 2 � CUPS MILK, LIGHT CREAM OR HALF-AND-HALF 6 TABLESPOONS BUTTER OR MARGARINE, MELTED � CUP MAPLE FLAVORED SYRUP CUT FRENCH BREAD LOAF INTO CUBES. (YOU SHOULD HAVE ABOUT 12 CUPS BREAD CUBES). GREASE A 13X9X2 INCH BAKING DISH. PLACE THE BREAD CUBES IN PAN. IN A MIXING BOWL WITH A ROTARY BEATER, MIX TOGETHER EGGS, MILK, MELTED BUTTER OR MARGARINE, AND MAPLE SYRUP TILL WELL COMBINED. POUR EGG MIXTURE EVENLY OVER BREAD. USING A SPATULA, SLIGHTLY PRESS LAYERS DOWN TO MOISTEN. COVER WITH PLASTIC WRAP AND REFRIGERATE FOR 2 TO 24 HOURS. REMOVE PLASTIC WRAP FROM BAKING DISH. BAKE IN A 325� OVEN FOR 35 TO 40 MINUTES OR TILL THE CENER APPEARS SET AND THE EDGES ARE LIGHTLY GOLDEN. LET STAND ABOUT 10 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING |

| Pineapple Cherry Dump Cake (submitted by Jennifer �Kinipela� M.) 1 can of crushed pineapple 2 cans of cherry pie filling 1 yellow cake mix 1 stick of butter Butter the bottom and sides of a 13x9 pan Dump 1 can of crushed pineapple in the pan Dump 1/2 of a yellow cake mix on top of the pineapple Dump 2 cans of cherry pie filling on the cake mix Dump the remaining 1/2 of the yellow cake mix on the cherries Dump 1 stick of butter, cut into small pieces all over the top of the cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm with whipped topping. |

| Macadamia Coconut Cookie Bars (submitted by Andrea �Anakalia� O.)
1 package dry sugar cookie mix, prepared to package directions 1 cup macadamia nuts 1 cup shredded coconut 1 cup white chocolate chips 9 by 12-inch baking dish Softened butter, to prepare baking dish Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. To cookie mix prepared to package directions, add nuts, coconut and white chocolate chips. Butter the baking dish and spread cookie dough evenly into a thin layer across the baking dish. Bake bars for about 15 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. Remove from oven, and cool slightly. Then cut into squares, remove with offset spatula and serve. |
