Playgroups - (Regularly scheduled, age specific) Playgroups are the mainstay of our MOMS Club. Your leader is a liaison between you and the Executive Board by delivering important information regarding upcoming elections, projects, and activities with the MOMS Club. She also collects RSVPs for all activities requiring them, and picks up and distributes monthly newsletter if you cannot attend the monthly Social.
Monthly Socials - The MOMS Club holds a monthly social that everyone is encouraged to attend. The date, location, and time are published each month in our calendar. This is when we conduct the club's elections and other business. We also strive to provide informative speakers and fun crafts. A nursery staffed with MOMS Club members is provided free of charge.
Seasonal Activities - Easter Egg Hunt, Halloween Party, Christmas Party
Moms' Nights Out - (Monthly) A chance for Moms to get some time out.
Book Club - (Monthly) A chance for Moms to stimulate their minds with great books, then get together to discuss their thoughts.
Babysitting Co-op - A chance to trade babysitting time with other busy Moms
Walking Club - (weekly) A chance to get out with other Moms to enjoy working together to stay in shape by pushing those strollers.
Hoot N Howl - (monthly). An activitity focused for Moms whose Husbands are Out Of Town or Husbands Out Working Late. We do different activities from scheduling playdates, cookouts, kids karaoke or dinners out. These get togethers not only help with the "witching" hour some Moms face, but also proves to be tons of fun!
Community Service Project - Each year our club will select a fund-raiser and/or cause to support. We also strive to find ways to donate our time to serve children and families in our community. Participation of all members in service projects is essential and a lot of fun! Check out our 2006 Fundraiser!
Scrapbook Club - (Monthly) A chance to get together with other scrappin' Moms to work on the long deprived memory books. We get a chane to share ideas, thoughts and products while our kids get a chance to play with their friends.
