| All MOMS Club community service projects are on a voluntary basis. They are meant to provide a way to get involved with children and families in our community. The International MOMS Club requests each chapter do one main service project a year. With that project, we strive to present a unified effort of support. To keep you apprised of other opportunities where you may choose make an individual contribution, our chapter provides information on year-round service projects and activities in our local area. Our community has so many wonderful organizations and we, as busy Moms, are not always able to hear about all the possibilities for contributing to our community. Sometimes just knowing what is going on and how to participate is all that is needed. | ||||||||||||||||
| Our Thanksgiving Gift of Love Food Offering was a great success for another year! We donated 6 overflowing bags of meals for distribution to needy families at the Gateway and Hall Tower housing projects through GHA's Resident Services department and Brandt Oaks Baptist Church. Our 2006 Food, Friends and Fun Night for SIDS was a great success. Thanks to all of our Moms for their hard work. We had a wonderful night and we are looking forward to 2007. Stay tuned for information on our 2007 Fundraiser! Thanks Moms for all that you do!!! |
