The MOMS Club provides an important social link for at-home mothers. We coordinate a variety of activities including:
Monthly Business Meetings- After our meeting, we always have a guest speaker with current topics of interest to us.
Playgroups- Smaller groups of mothers and children meet at each other's homes or at designated meeting places weekly or as often as the group chooses.
Park Playdays- When the weather is nice, it is fun to get together while the kids play. We meet a variet of parks and try to pick locations convenient for everyone.
MOMS night out- Get dad, grandma or a babysitter to watch the kids, the MOMS are going out! We've met for dinner, outdoor concerts and other funs things without the kids!
Storytime at Barnes & Noble- Once a month, we meet at Barnes & Noble where one of the employees reads to the children.
Playtime with the residents at an assisted living facility- Once a month, we soon will be meeting at a local facility where the children and residents can interact with each other.
Special Tours- We've toured a fire department, pet stores, the Jelly Belly factory and Whole Foods.
And various other fun activities- We've gone to "My Gym", waterparks, "Dinorex"...the list is endless!
