| Cody was given to me from a mastiff rescue group. I got him in April 1999. He has been a good dog. He was brought to the vet by his previous owner because of unknown health problems. Upon examination the vet determined he was having bladder failure and needed immediate surgery. The owner was not willing to cover any expenses and said to put him down. The vet was furious about his behavior in front of his children and she kept the dog and operated. He also had sludge in his kidneys. He was then taken to the rescue for a home. And the rest is history. He is very hardy and has an efficient system. He is fed biologically appropriate raw food (BARF). He enjoys chasing bubbles outside with the kids, and is a fanatic about catching flies! He always manages to find mischief!! |
