My Family Tree

My grandfather on my Dad's side was born in the US to German parents, went to the Philippines in the US army where he met and married my grandmother (his third marriage). He had one son from his first marriage and seven children from his second marriage. This makes my Dad one of 16 children!

My grandparents on my Mom's side came from Koenigsberg, East Prussia (now: Kaliningrad, Russia). They had to flee during WWII. My grandfather died during the war, while my grandmother (pregnant with my Mom at the time) managed to escape to the South West, Baden-Wuerttemberg.
