| Mango-Pineapple Dressing In blender puree 2 oz of unsweetened canned pineapple, 1-1/2 oz of silken tofu, 1/2 a mango, 1 Tbls. red raspberry vinegar and 1 tsp. of lemon juice. Blend until smooth. This dressing also tastes great as a fruit dip! |
