This is an official Adult Girl Scout Uniform Kit. It was made in 1996 but the kit still looks up to date. The kit is new and features everything needed to make the Girl Scout Leader Uniforms. The knit fabric is pre-printed and calls for machine or hand stitching. It has easy to follow instructions with sketches. I have not opened this but it appears that there is a pair of pants, a skirt, 2 blouses and a scarf. There is no manufacturer on the package but it has the Girl Scout Logo on the front so it is a licensed by the Girl Scouts..
