"War Aces are aeroplane pilots who shoot down at least five enemy aircraft during a war. The aircraft must either crash or be forced to land in the opponents territory. The downing of an aircraft must be confirmed by  an eyewitness or recorded on film to count as a victory or kill. Gunners and other crew  members may also receive credit for a victory."
