Web Design
Learn what is involved in creating your own World Wide Web (WWW) resources. You will study the basics of
writing and organizing a web document and linking them to resources on the Internet. Students learn using
HTML, a programming language; and Adobe GoLive!, a page editor; and Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, image
editors. The ethics of using material from the Internet will be a weekly discussion topic. Teams or individuals as
a final project will develop a WEB site for a local business or departments in the building. May be able to obtain
I-Net certification upon completion.
