Website Summary:
This website consists of many earth science lesson plans that can be used in the elementary school classroom. It contains my own lesson plans as well as many others found from different websites. There are modifications that I made to the other lesson plans which include such things as safety concerns, suggestions for extending the activity, and how the activity can be integrated into other curruicular areas. The website address of the other lesson plans are included at the bottom of each link for the original version. The whole of the website deals with activities about rocks and minerals. This is a great, quick way for educators to access lessons about rocks and minerals.
