| The Project Team, in the presence of Mr. Salem Al Saleh, Deputy General Manager of Emirates Real Estate Corporation, celebrated the successful completion of Milestone 2 - The Superstructure. Dhabi Contracting Estate, the Main Contractor of the Project, successfully completed the superstructure of all the 4 buildings of the project on September 2, 2002 without any delays. |

| Mr. Al Saleh stated to all parties that he was very happy about this achievement and hoped that the whole project would also be successfully completed on target. Mr. Robin Mace congratulated Dhabi Contracting Estate and noted that 50% of the construction duration was over, while only about 35% of the overall work was over. |

| Dhabi Contracting stated that they didn't expect the second milestone to be achieved on time and were very proud of this midway accomplishment. This supports one of the definitions of success, which states that "Success is when reality exceeds expectations". |
