Your SIM card is the key to your Click GSM service. The SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) is a smart card which contains all the necessary information to identify you as one of our customers. In fact, it is like a small computer that gives you clear advantages:

At any time you can:

• Freedom to choose your mobile phone. You can insert your SIM card in any GSM mobile phone so you have total freedom to choose your preferred phone.

• A powerful phone book. You can store up to 100 phone numbers and names so you can have a mobile phone book accessible very easily and at any time. Even if you change your mobile phone, you will keep your phone book with you in you SIM card. Each phone number can have a name of up to 14 characters.

• A list of limited numbers. If you want to restrict the numbers you want to be dialled from your phone, you can store up to 10 fixed dialing numbers.

• Security. The SIM card is protected by a PIN (Personal Identification Number), a secret code of between 4-8 digits known only by you. This secret code is required every time you turn on your mobile phone, so nobody can use it except for you. You can modify this PIN number at any time or, if you do not want to use it, you can simply disable it. If you enter an incorrect PIN code 3 times in a row, the SIM card will be blocked . In this eventuality please contact Customer Services (888) in order to get your PUK (Personal Unlocking Key). If you insert a wrong PUK code 10 times your SIM card will be damaged and will have to be changed.
