I have done various projects in following fields:

 

1-Servers, Desktop Pc, and laptops:

Over 9 years of extensive experience in Hardware troubleshooting, repair and Assembling of none branded Servers, Desktop pc’s, laptops and Branded Pc’s. Worked with all kind of personal computers (IBM / Clones) ranging from XT/286 to Pentium-4 machines and Intel based single and dual Xeon processor based Servers, laptops, branded and none branded Pc’s

Well awareness with Microsoft and Linux Operating Systems regarding Installation, Configuration, and trouble shooting issues 

 

2-Networking:          (a):       Wired Networking      (b):      Wireless Networking                        

(a)        Good networking experience using Microsoft Windows-9x, NT-4.0, Windows-2000, Windows-Xp, Windows-2003, SBS-2003, and some with Linux. Have Experience in designing and implementations of  new and existing network infrastructure in both hardware and software used in wired and wireless type networks.

(b)        Providing my services and support in all over Pakistan for Linksys Wireless and wired network products as Head of support department in my current Company Digimart Computers regarding following products:  (Wireless Access Points, Cable and DSL routers, wireless Network Adapters, print Servers, Wireless Bridges, and Network Storage)

 

3-Setup for Internet via Satellite:

My current  company  also providing services in complete setup for Internet via Satellite and I know all the procedure, setting and giving them technical support for many Satellite Service Providers like W3, W1, NN6, using Pent@net and Technisat DVB cards for Internet via satellite and channels via satellite of Telco Return or One way Service. I have configured many Servers for internet cable service providers using Microsoft ISA Server, Wingate and many others Tools.

 

4-Management and Sales

Management & training of junior staff for customer support in our lab. Also rendering services to customers regarding sales and billing of branded / un-branded Pc’s and hardware peripherals etc.

 

5-Self Designed Trouble Shooting CDs:

1- I have designed and created bootable CD Series known as “Expert” (latest Ver. 3.0). CD contains a vast collection of freeware utilities, patches etc. It eliminates usage of many dos commands and provides a clean interface for installation, and trouble shooting of pc’s.
