| These week and a half old puppies are still oblivious to the fact that there is anything other than some nice warm mom's milk in their world. They are not old enough to do much more than crawl to mom to eat, or give an occasional cry. If you ever watched the show on baby alligators being born, on the Nature Channel, then you will have an idea how the puppies cry sounds at this age sometimes. Yelp, yelp, yelp, yelp... The pups spend most of their time snuggling with their siblings and sleeping, when mom is not around to let them nurse, that is. Some of the puppy's eyes are in the early stages of starting to open. Look at Kia and you will see a little slit at her right eyelid. |
