Today May 8 2000 the red monza ran for the first time in 11 years. It ran off of a gas can, i haven't fixed the tank yet. The fact that it ran was a big deal we had noidea if they told us all of the problems. It ran for about ten minutes the first time I ran it ten at a time trying to burn off 11 years of wasp nests etc. It ran very smooth although one carb may have a problem, it seems to have sticking floats. To get it on the road from here it needs seat back in it new whell cylinders and the tank cleaned out with a new strainer installed the tank is next. I will try to start on it tomorrow. Now that I have heard it run I am really wanting to get it done. I will be adding pics of the progress being made.
