This is a declaration for mankind

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Glorified be He Who carried His servant by night from the Inviolable Place of Worship to the Far Distant Place of Worship the neighborhood whereof We have blessed, that We might show him of Our tokens! Lo! He, only He, is the Hearer, the Seer. 

THE HOLY CONNECTION OF AL MASJID AL-AQSA  AND AL MASJID AL-HARAM

Allah almighty joined two holy sites, two virtuous Qiblahs with a connection which He decreed in His holy book, a book which is impregnable to falsehood regardless of its source, so that the connection may be eternal and holy, sanctioned by the eternal and holy Qur’an. Allah in His infinite wisdom wanted that connection to remain engraved in the memory, never to be forgotten and ever present in the mind by making it the subject for a miracle which Allah consecrated on the most noble of His creatures, the seal of prophets. The miraculous event took place when Allah (SWT) carried His servant by night from the Inviolable Place of Worship (Al-Masjid Al-Haram) to the Far Distant Place of Worship (Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa). That night journey was the connection between the first Qiblah and the final Qiblah; between the Inviolable Place of Worship and the Far Distant Place of Worship; between the two points marking the beginning and the end of the blessed Nocturnal Journey.

MUSLIMS ARE DEJECTED BUT AL QUDS MUST BE FREED

If many Muslims today are afflicted with weakness and desperation and have submitted to their enemies’ assertion that the state of affairs is unavoidable, it is only as a result of an attempt by the Zionists to break the sacred bonds. This is so that they may completely impose their control over the Holy Quds and to Judaize the Aqsa Mosque, the first of our two Qiblahs, the third holiest shine of Islam and the destination of the messenger of Allah’s (PBUH) night journey. These actions make it imperative on Muslim states, governments, peoples and groups to strive (Jihad) with our wealth and our soul to liberate the Holy Quds. It must be freed from the occupying Zionist claws by rejecting submission and weakness, confronting subservience and disgrace and revolting against the state affairs which the Zionist occupiers and those who support and protect them are trying to impose.

ACTION IS NECESSARY TO MAKE THE HOLY CONNECTION A FACT

Millions of Muslims are going to perform Hajj (pilgrimage) and Umra (minor pilgrimage) and will visit the Inviolable Place of Worship in Mecca in response to Allah's call and to remember the Jihad (holy war) of the companions and the followers of the Prophet (PBUH). These pilgrims are urged to contemplate the wisdom of the holy connection between the Al-Masjid Al-Haram (the Inviolable Place of Worship) and the Aqsa Mosque (the Far Distant Place of Worship). They should realize that their Tawaf around the Kaaba and Saai are simply delaying the Jihad, as long as the Aqsa Mosque is under the control of the malicious usurpers whom Allah has described in the Holy Qur’an as the most vehement of mankind in hostility to those who believe. The jihad is necessary as long as women, children and the elderly people of Muslim Palestine are being massacred before our eyes and the eyes of the world. The jihad must continue as long as there exist a conspiracy to destroy the Aqsa Mosque in preparation for the building of a temple on its ruins. Our silence and apathy vis-à-vis those hideous crimes which are being perpetrated by the Zionists against our brothers and our sacred places are in contradiction to the wisdom of the Hajj and the Umra. Millions of Muslims coming from every deep valley will meet to witness things that are of benefit to them. These benefits are demonstrated by their unity and their readiness to join an armed force to dismay their enemy and to support justice and the oppressed until the enemies know that power belongs only to Allah and the believers.

MAKE THE HAJJ AND UMRA THE STARTING POINT OF THE STRUGGLE TO LIBERATE AL QUDS

Therefore, the millions of Muslims who are going to Umra in this blessed month, the month of the Qur’an and Lailat Al Qadr (the Night of Predestination) and those who are going to perform the obligation of Hajj in the forthcoming months are urged to march in multitudes to the Holy Quds. Hopefully they may come alive during the march towards the holy city where they should perform prayers in the Aqsa Mosque, whose building and neighbourhood are blessed by Allah. Holy Quds was a witness to that miraculous journey of belief by which Allah almighty wanted to connect it’s Aqsa Mosque with the Al-Masjid Al-Haram in Holy Mecca. Muslims are asked to make their Hajj this year one that will not leave the Aqsa Mosque abandoned. The messenger of Allah (PBUH) said that there are those who are victorious over their enemy, overcoming obstacles and are not harmed by those who oppose them nor what afflicts them until they die; they are part of our Umma in the Quds.

ACTION NOT EMPTY WORDS ARE NEEDED

The meeting of hundreds of thousands in the courtyard of the Aqsa Mosque and the raising of their voices in glorification and Takbeer (Allah is the Great) to the heavens will emphasize the holiness of this site and their claim to this land. Moreover it will lend support to the Mujahideen who are facing the mightiest force founded by America outside its borders. It will also emphasize the fact that the Islamic Umma is not dead as is rumoured, that the spark of belief has not been extinguished as has been claimed, and that they are standing firmly with the Mujahideen, the sons of the Aqsa. These pilgrims will not be issuing deploring statements nor condemnations as has been done by governments in their final communiques at conferences. Rather, by joining in a solidarity march, by making Jihad, they will be participating in the ultimate act of belief, which was described by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as the only choice for the liberation of sacred places and achieving the dignity, and honour, which Allah desired for His believers.

MARCH TO AL-QUDS TO SUPPORT YOUR MUSLIM PALESTINIAN BROTHERS

Yes, let the masses of pilgrims and participants march from Holy Mecca to the Holy Quds to enshrine their devine Islamic right and to support those who are defending the frontiers with bare chests, with hearts full of belief and peaceful souls. They are the martyrs who are relentlessly confronting the siege, the killing, starvation and displacement because they believe in Allah and are fully confident of His victory.
