The 1989 GrandAM

I took a chance on a 1989 pontiac GrandAM to run in the mini car heat at the Toy PA fair.I had never run the mini cars before or even at Troy.Initially I was supposed to see a guy about a different car but My buddy and I went to check on a car for me and he decided he wanted an Aries K car so he traded me his GrandAM for the 50 bucks to buy the K car.here is the car after day 1.we stripped it out in about 4 hours with the 2 of us

Why the car was only 50 bucks

We worked on the cars the whole next week(mostly the aries) and we even had time for paint.click RACE DAY to see the car before we put it on the trailer
