Our Process
1. Our process begins when an M & M sensor detects an intruder or fire in your home or business. A silent or audible alarm is triggered.
2. The sensor send a signal to your main panel.
3. The main panel seizes control over your phone line and reports the occurance to M & M.
4. Our trained monitors assess the problem in order to eliminate false alarms, then they contact the customer and/or the police.
