Do you ship to another
country or overseas?
We will happily deliver to any international destination. An additional
$25 international shipping fee will be applied to all packages with a
shipping destination outside of the United States. If any other shipping
charges need to be added, we will contact you after your order is
placed. This will depend on the merchandise ordered. Larger items such
as beds and pet carriers may have an additional shipping charge. Most
international orders sent directly by Verdog-e are shipped via DHL and
will usually arrive within our standard two week delivery time, but may
take additional time for delivery. We thank you for your patience.
We are sorry but we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of
packages once they are shipped to an international destination.
Customers are responsible for any customs charges, which are assessed by
each individual country at the time of delivery. Our apologies, but we
cannot estimate your country's customs charges. When ordering from
outside of the US, please be sure all address information on your order
is complete and correct.

Do you sell wholesale?
Verdog-e is strictly a retailer of upscale pet products. We currently do
not sell any of our items wholesale.

What is your exchange + return
policy?
If any Verdog-e purchase fails to meet your expectations, simply return
your merchandise to us in its original and unused condition within 30
days of receipt for a full merchandise exchange or store credit.
Please do not place a new order for the item(s) you would like in
exchange. If you place a new order, your credit card will be charged for
that order and you will be issued a store credit for your returned
merchandise. Store credits are valid for one year from the issue date
and can be used for store or website purchases. We absolutely guarantee
your satisfaction.
We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible, as we
allow one complimentary exchange per item*. After one exchange, each
exchange will incur a re-stocking and shipping & handling fee of $12.
Our apologies, but we do not issue refunds, cannot accept returns or
exchanges for custom orders, and we cannot accept returns COD. We do not
reimburse shipping charges.
*All exchanges for international orders will be charged an international
shipping fee based on the items exchanged.
Please note: We do not issue refunds for returned merchandise and cannot
honor exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 30
days, has been used, or is not in its original new condition. All toys,
sale, personalized, custom and perishable items are final sale and
cannot be exchanged or returned. We allow one complimentary exchange per
item. After one exchange, each exchange will incur a re-stocking and
shipping & handling fee of $12.

Where do I send my item for exchange or
return?
Please
ship unused item and packing receipt to the following address:

On the packing receipt, please let us know the reason for the return
and/or what you would like to exchange the merchandise for. For your
protection, we suggest you to send your return via Federal Express, UPS
or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking
purposes.

What is your delivery time?
Our standard
delivery time is 10 to 14 days for in-stock, non-serviced items. Please
note that items sent directly from our suppliers or oversize items may
take longer. Our shipping prices are based on amount of total purchase.
Orders are charged in full upon first shipment of merchandise. Items
ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

What are your
shipping charges?
Our shipping
charges* are based on the total amount of your order. They are as
follows:
For orders up to $40, shipping is $8
For orders from $41 to $80, shipping is $12
For orders from $81 to $150, shipping is $16
For orders from $151 to $300, shipping is $21
For orders from $301 to $500, shipping is $25
For orders from $501 to $800, shipping is $35
For orders over $800, shipping within the continental US is
complimentary
*For international shipments, add $25 to standard shipping rates.

What are your Legal Terms + Conditions?
The following
are the rules or "Terms" that govern use of the Verdog-e site. By using
the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms
and all applicable laws and regulations governing the site. Verdog-e
