Goku
Goku is the hero of Dragonball Z. He is a peaceful, good-natured, honest, trusting, and protective soul. Goku is a saiyan from the planet Vegeta. A saiyan is known to have the fighting spirit in their blood, they never back down from a fight, and after they fight, their energy rises to a new level. After a while, if the saiyan's heart is pure and they fight for a good reason, they turn into a super-saiyan. Goku was sent to the planet Earth by the saiyan's to conquer the planet. When Goku is found, he is a ruthless boy with incredible strength. When Grandpa Gohan takes Son Goku to a mountain top, Goku falls off the edge and hits his head. Miraculously, he survives, but forgets his reason to be there and turns into a good boy.
Master Roshi trains Goku and his friend Krillen when they were young and were trained. Along the way, they meet Tien, Chiaotzu, Yamcha, Bulma, Piccolo, Pwar, Korin, Kami, Mr. Popo, Vegeta, Baba, Dr. Brief, his son Gohan, and his wife Chi-Chi. At first, another saiyan by the name of Raditz comes to Earth to see how Kakarot is doing. When Raditz tries to defeat Piccolo and Goku, Piccolo shoots his 'special beam canon' and sends both Raditz and Goku to the next dimension. When he dies, he goes to the next dimension to train with King Kai. He travels on Snake Way and gets to King Kai's tiny planet where he trains for 88 days. He gets trained in the art of Kao Kin and learns the spirit bomb and the Kao Kin attack. After he is wished back by the dragonballs, he heads back on Snake Way and heads toward the two last saiyans, Vegeta and Nappa. It takes him a while but Goku defeats both of them, but in the process, Vegeta destroys his own partner! They let Vegeta go, but Goku is hurt. When Gohan, Bulma and Krillen go to Namek to finds the Namekian dragonballs to wish back Goku, Goku recovers and heads toward Namek. But he doesnt know that and evil force called the Ginyu force and Freiza are there, and on his way is the evil Vegeta! Goku arrives on Namek to find that Freiza has almost destroyed the Z fighters, but has killed all the Nameks. When Goku starts to fight Freiza, Freiza kills Krillen and Piccolo, so Goku becomes enraged and turns into the legendary Super-Saiyan! Freiza becomes scared, so he decides to blow the planet up, but everyone that ws killed by Freiza on Namek was brought back to life and brought back to Earth, even Vegeta. But Goku decides to stay, and the dragon cannot get Krillen back because he has already been wished back once. Goku defeats Freiza and barely escapes the explosion on Namek.
Goku is an amazing being and has special powers. Goku is the most powerful being in the universe and will stay that way in all DBZ fan's hearts forever.
