Maggie L. Walker Governor's SchoolBoB Squad / Academic Team2004-2005 SeasonOctober 2: TJHSST NAQTWe placed sixth. October 23: UVa Cavalier Classic The B team beat the A team to get third place. December 11: GSAC XII The tournament went well with few glitches. February 12: VHSL Regionals The B/D team had a loss to Douglas Freeman at Douglas Freeman. The team got second at advanced to states. February 12: UVA The A-team did well. They ended up losing to Dupont Manual in the final game. February 19: Duke The A-team lost to TJ in the final game. The B-team got 5th. February 26: VHSL States The Combined team did very well, getting 2nd place in AAA Theatre Festival. Yes it true our trophy is for Drama. In any case we did get second, losing of course to TJ. April 16: NAQT States We ended up placing fourth. May: NAQT Nationals 8th place. June 3/4: PACE Nationals Placed in the top ten. |
